Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking an Enterprise Integration Architect to lead the design, governance, and lifecycle management of the firm’s integration ecosystem. You will define standards, drive API strategies, and mentor teams while partnering with Architecture, data, and business stakeholders.

The role focuses on scalable, secure, and reliable integrations across SaaS, data platforms, and enterprise systems, delivering on modernization and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field with 8+ years in enterprise integrations.
Experience with modern iPaaS and cloud-based integration platforms.
Proven track record leading integration program governance and architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

Own integration roadmap, governance, standards, reference architectures, and technology direction.
Lead architecture reviews, design approvals, and mentorship for strategic initiatives.
Design, develop, and oversee complex integrations across SaaS, data platforms, and enterprise systems.
Monitor performance, ensure reliability, and drive continuous improvement of integration services.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and reduce technical debt.
