Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Specialist Advisor in Illinois to lead database and application architecture with a focus on SQL Server, SAP HANA, Oracle, and Azure-based operations. You will ensure high availability, DR, security, and automation across complex enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 10 years of database/application architecture and administration experience.
• At least 7 years hands-on with MS SQL Server, SAP HANA, and/or Oracle and Azure-based operations.
• Extensive experience in enterprise production environments and DR/HA architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and validate database backup and disaster recovery solutions and procedures.
• Configure and review auditing for SAP HANA, SQL Server, and Oracle.
• Develop and maintain SQL Server patching automation using WSUS.
• Architect, administer, troubleshoot, and support SQL Server Always On availability groups/clustering.
• Support BY/JDA Supply Chain applications and Azure-based database operations.
• Manage SQL Server installation media access, volume access, and repositories.
• Administer Azure Portal database operations including access, backup, recovery, monitoring, and security.
