Job summary

Torani, Inc. seeks an Enterprise Data Architect to design the data ecosystem and roadmaps for scalable analytics and AI-ready insights. You will shape architecture for the data store, lakehouse, and pipelines, setting standards and governance across teams.

You will build and lead a data engineering capability, mentor staff, and partner with stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable data solutions that drive growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data engineering, data architecture, or related roles with 3+ years leading enterprise data architecture.
• Deep knowledge of modern cloud data architecture, data modeling, integration patterns, and pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or comparable platforms.
• Experience building or scaling data engineering capabilities and leading technical talent.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the architecture for Torani's evolving data ecosystem to support growth and AI initiatives.
• Lead the internal data engineering capability, establishing standards, patterns, and governance.
• Collaborate with business and tech partners to translate needs into scalable data solutions.
• Build and mentor a high-performance data team aligned with Torani's data strategy.
