Job summary

SAIC is seeking an Enterprise Data Architect to provide SETA support for the Landmark AOS program, aiding the NRO Ground Enterprise Directorate with end-to-end data architecture across multi-INT cloud-based services.

The role involves shaping data solutions, overseeing contractors, and guiding architecture while aligning with mission objectives and security requirements in a high-tempo environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business, engineering, science, or related discipline; 14+ years experience (or Masters with 12+ years, PhD/JD with 9+ years)
• Active Top Secret Clearance with CI Polygraph
• Experience in data modeling/architecture and cloud architectures

Responsibilities

• Architect cross-program data management and curation solutions across multi-INT frameworks
• Oversee development contractors to align with mission needs
• Provide systems engineering and operations support for multi-INT software capabilities
• Guide requirements gathering and promote best-practices in AWS-based data solutions
• Define data ingestion, storage, reporting, RBAC/ABAC, and data analytics roadmaps
• Assess technical debt and architectural runway for cloud-based systems
• Develop technical roadmaps and acquisition documentation
• Support SAFe agile processes across government and contractor teams
