Senior Enterprise CS Lead — Scale Customer Success

Job summary

Few&Far is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager in New York to join the third member of the CS team. You’ll build the CS playbook from the ground up, own our largest enterprise accounts, and manage engagement with GSI partners such as Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, EY.

You will lead onboarding, adoption, renewal, and executive reviews, partner with Sales and Product, and design health metrics to forecast renewals and growth while bringing the voice of the customer into the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Customer Success or Enterprise Account Management within SaaS.
• Track record building or scaling a CS function.
• Consultative and confident influencing at C-suite level.
• Data-driven, with hands-on CS tech stack experience.
• Entrepreneurial and comfortable building in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Build repeatable processes for onboarding, adoption, expansion, renewal, and escalation
• Lead CS for key enterprise accounts and manage GSI partner engagement
• Advise VPs, CHROs, and C-suite stakeholders, and lead QBRs and executive reviews
• Partner with Sales and Product on onboarding, success plans, and lifecycle journeys
• Design health scoring and success metrics to forecast renewals and growth
• Bring the voice of the customer into product roadmap decisions
