Paylocity is an award-winning provider of cloud-based HR and payroll software solutions. The Manager Client Services role leads a team of Account Managers, focusing on client satisfaction, retention, and scalable service delivery.

This in-office position requires strong leadership, technical aptitude with our HCM platform, and excellent customer service. The base pay range for this position is $74,600 - $120,000/yr; base pay may vary by location, experience, and market conditions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a customer service role preferred.
• Experience using reporting and metrics (KPIs).
• Experience with payroll, HCM, or HRIS software is desirable.
• Strong MS Office proficiency, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
• Lead and coach a team of Account Managers on client interactions and issue resolution.
