Qualifications

5+ years of enterprise business analysis and technical process mapping.
Proficient in documenting with Visio, SharePoint, Teams and Office Suite.
Experience using Azure DevOps for agile backlogs and requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering with executive SMEs and run workshops.
Architect process models, context diagrams, and workflows for modernization.
Translate business objectives into technical specs for engineering teams.
Prepare feasibility studies, gap analyses, and migration planning documents.
Document current-state and future-state workflows to identify inefficiencies.
Coordinate cross-functional system testing readiness including regression and performance tests.
Support legacy sun-setting initiatives by tracking remediation progress.
