Job summary

Sprymethods is seeking a senior program manager to oversee contractor and subcontractor personnel supporting DoD/Intelligence Community IT programs. You will serve as the primary point of contact, coordinate enterprise architecture and data initiatives, and ensure deliverables meet strict government requirements.

The role requires leadership across technical teams, risk management, and communication with government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active Project Management Professional certification required or preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise IT, enterprise architecture, data management, cloud, cybersecurity, or operational support teams.
• Experience managing contractor and subcontractor personnel in a complex technical environment.
• Experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, or other Federal IT programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management and oversight of assigned contractor and subcontractor personnel.
• Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for the directorate.
• Coordinate enterprise architecture, data, infrastructure, operational support, and related technical activities.
• Facilitate communication between Government stakeholders and contractor teams.
• Assign and coordinate work across technical teams and monitor progress against requirements.
• Track and document requirements, activities, risks, decisions, and performance using industry-standard practices.
• Ensure services and deliverables meet PWS requirements, quality standards, schedules, and performance expectations.
• Provide visibility into technical, staffing, contractual, programmatic, and resource risks.
• Support the Government's financial and business processes without performing inherently governmental functions.
• Maintain the authority to make binding decisions for the contractor organization in response to Government issues, concerns, and comments.
• Support enterprise architecture and data initiatives involving cloud and on-premises environments, data governance, business intelligence, interoperability, and system integration.
• Promote coordination among enterprise architecture, data, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, and operational support teams.
• Support documentation, reporting, quality control, stakeholder communication, and continuous Government monitoring and evaluation.
