Spry Methods, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Architect to support a federal law enforcement and scientific mission environment.

You will help deliver secure, high-performing enterprise IT services across networks, applications, and platforms while ensuring availability, security, and scalable performance. The role emphasizes leading architecture standards, developing reference architectures, and guiding solution design.

Qualifications

• US citizenship with active Top Secret clearance is required.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience or equivalent certifications for this level.
• Experience with large-scale enterprise IT environments and the listed tools.

Responsibilities

• Enhance enterprise IT services and solutions to support mission operations for law enforcement and scientific capabilities.
• Operate at the intersection of traditional IT and specialized scientific/operational systems to ensure performance, availability, and security.
• Manage server performance against service delivery objectives and implement efficiency improvements.
• Gather and analyze user system requirements using multiple methodologies.
• Develop technical documentation including system requirements, security specs, and test plans.
• Diagnose and resolve server issues related to connectivity, storage, application status, availability, and hardware.
• Monitor system performance, identify anomalies, and implement corrective actions.
• Support data backups, disaster recovery operations, and continuity of operations (COOP).
• Apply technical and business expertise to improve deployment and maintenance processes.
• Design, deploy, test, certify, patch, and address interoperability across system components.
• Collaborate to drive service improvements and enterprise architecture governance.
• Lead architecture reviews and guide technical decisions and trade-offs.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them into enterprise solutions.
