The Manager/Sr. Manager will drive major workstreams, mentor teams, and collaborate with sales to grow Accenture's EA presence while traveling up to 80% to serve clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience defining and implementing complex enterprise architectures.
• Minimum 4 years of experience creating roadmaps and developing business cases.
• Minimum 2 years of technology/architecture consulting experience at a consulting firm.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams, facilitating client workshops, and developing architecture recommendations.
• Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into enterprise architecture decisions that drive measurable value.
• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise architecture strategies, operating models, and roadmaps.
• Create architecture blueprints for complex technology environments, incorporating AI as core components.
• Evaluate the technology portfolio and identify opportunities to modernize components.
• Identify and define EA capabilities, roles, and skills for AI-enabled environments.
• Integrate AI-driven tools into architecture analysis to accelerate insight.
• Support sales and business development efforts and proposals.
• Lead large-scale technology transformation programs and governance of architectures.
