Invictus International Consulting, LLC seeks an Enterprise Architecture Subject Matter Expert IV to lead network requirements analysis and architecture development for high-stakes government programs. You will guide feasibility studies, drive integration of new technologies, and provide senior technical direction across complex network systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4 years may substitute for degree
• 8+ years of relevant experience beyond education
• Current DoD 8570 IAT II and JNCIE or CCIE (or equivalent)
• Experience in a DoD or IC environment desired
• Active TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI polygraph

Responsabilités

• Analyze requirements, C2 documents, and high-level architectures to develop network specifications
• Guide users in formulating requirements and conduct feasibility studies
• Lead design and development activities for network requirements and capacity
• Provide technical leadership for integration of network requirements and technology
• Incorporate new network plans and systems into ongoing operations
• Develop network architecture and design documentation
• Guide development and planning through assessment and test plans
• Design and perform integration of new technologies
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for complex network problems
• Interact with Government on network engineering considerations
• Communicate with program staff, government leads and executives
• Analyze business requirements to develop technical network solutions
• Perform network modeling, analysis and planning
• Develop technology roadmaps
• Create test and implementation plans and project timelines
• Stay informed on how tech infrastructures impact competitors
• Write functional requirements/specs documents
• Assess development/test strategies
• Manage very complex/high-risk programs and supervise staff
• Establish state-of-the-art design/techniques for hardware/software systems
• Provide technical direction for development, interfacing, integration and testing
• Conduct end-to-end system trade analyses for lifecycle optimization
