Senior Enterprise Architect with AI/GenAI Knowledge

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect with expertise in AI and GenAI for the Senior Director position. The role involves enterprise architecture, orchestration, technology landscape design, and customer-facing and team coordination to develop best-in-class solutions for Communications Customer Solutions related to AI and GenAI.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to validate and advise on enterprise architecture for GenAI and AI initiatives.
• Orchestrate solutions, define technology landscapes and architectures.
• Conduct design thinking and team huddle sessions.
• Interact with customers and internal teams to derive optimal solutions for AI and GenAI in Communications Customer Solutions.
• Own the delivery of GenAI projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise architecture with a focus on GenAI.
• Proficiency in using Large Language Models (LLMs) in projects.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques.
• Experience with LLM APIs during project work.
• Ability to address end-to-end GenAI architecture questions.
• Understanding of Agentic AI frameworks and POC experience, including design for specific scenarios.
• Familiarity with monitoring frameworks for GenAI projects.
• Knowledge of LLM Operations (Ops) and FinOps.
• Experience in assessing LLM accuracy and related working experience.
