GBU Life seeks a senior Enterprise Architect to own, mature, and govern its Technology Target State Architecture (TSA) across Technology Services, Digital, and Data. This high-visibility, individual-contributor role reports to the Head of Technology and ensures architectural alignment with the company's Life and Annuity business direction.

The role spans business and technical architecture, guiding capabilities, processes, and data flows, while serving on the Security and Architecture Review

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• TOGAF or equivalent certification is a plus.
• 10+ years of enterprise/solution architecture experience across business and technical domains.
• Extensive Life and Annuity insurance technology experience on the carrier side.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and mature GBU's business capability maps across core processes (underwriting, policy administration, claims, distribution, member services).
• Own and evolve enterprise architecture standards and target state for core platforms (AWS, LifePro, Pega, Snowflake, etc.).
• Serve on SARB as voting member and provide governance on technology decisions.
• Partner with Digital and Data teams to ensure architecture alignment with strategy and roadmaps.
