Archer, in collaboration with Nightwing, seeks an Enterprise Architect SME to support a U.S. Government mission. The role focuses on end-to-end workflows, technology insertion, and governance across cyber, data, and systems domains.

You will design architecture views, map dependencies, and drive collaboration across agencies and locations. Ideal candidates have a strong background in SELC, RMF/NIST controls, DoDAF/FEAF, and agile practices, with DoD 8140 IAT Level III or equivalent

Competenze

12+ years of direct relevant experience in systems engineering and architecture development.
Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain DHS EOD suitability.
Knowledge in cyber defense, threat hunt, cloud technologies, databases.
Experience with SELC processes, Change Management, requirements management, traceability.
Comprehensive understanding of Government Information Security policies and policies.

Mansioni

Lead end-to-end mapping of new technology identification, requirements development, and workflows across all CISA Threat Hunt.
Identify inputs, outputs, and dependencies for each phase of new technology insertion.
Develop visual diagrams (process flows, swimlanes, dependency maps) to illustrate changes and impacts.
Facilitating workshops with stakeholders to validate workflows and cross-functional impacts.
Deliver actionable visuals and documentation for planning, compliance, and operational readiness.
Document current and future-State workflows and processes.
Mapping dependencies between initiatives, systems, and teams.
Create end-to-end workflow diagrams and swimlane diagrams.
