Job summary

Amazon Leo is seeking a Sr Manager, Enterprise Architect to lead a team of enterprise and integration architects, ABAP engineers, and Basis engineers. You will partner with ERP, MES, PLM, WMS, and SCP towers to design scalable, secure, and well-governed SAP and boundary-system integrations.

This role requires deep SAP/Oracle experience, 10+ years in enterprise architecture, and a proven ability to drive architecture decisions through the Architecture Authority forum while aligning with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 10+ years in enterprise systems architecture with SAP or Oracle expertise including integration, governance.
• 5+ years managing teams of architects or engineers with hiring, performance & career development ownership.
• 7+ years in manufacturing, supply chain, Finance or industrial operations tech.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns: API management, middleware, EDI, event-driven architecture.
• Experience owning ITGC and GRC for SAP or Oracle ERP environments.
• Experience governing master data ownership within SAP MDG, Oracle MDM, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain target-state architecture and system boundaries; lead Architecture Authority with decision rights.
• Own integration standards across SAP and boundary platforms; drive API-first, EDI, event-driven and batch patterns.
• Lead ABAP standards, code quality, documentation and technical debt reduction.
• Own environment health, patching, performance, transport integrity, resilience and upgrade readiness for SAP S/4HANA.
• Plan technical capacity across employees and SI resources; ensure staffing aligns to architecture needs.
• Own SAP-related ITGC design across change management, access, operations, and evidence.
• Govern SoD, privileged access design and emergency access controls.
• Ensure release architecture and production readiness are integrated into release gates.
