Job summary

Novalink Solutions seeks a Software Architect - Consultant for a 1-year contract with the South Carolina Department of Revenue. The role focuses on designing secure, high-performance enterprise web applications in a multi-layered environment.

The contractor will develop architecture models, oversee SOA and workflow engines, and ensure SSDLC compliance while collaborating with business and technology teams.

Qualifications

• 11+ years of experience with C#, .NET development.
• 11+ years of experience with penetration testing.
• 11+ years of experience with state government.
• 11+ years of experience with full stack MVC web development.
• 11+ years of experience with secure database design and administration.
• 11+ years of experience with Active Directory programming.
• 11+ years of experience with business continuity and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Architect responsible for the development and maintenance of architecture models for large-scale enterprise web applications.
• Design enterprise applications to run in a highly secured multi-firewall environment (DISA STIG).
• Develop web, desktop, and console applications with C#/.NET; build secure server deployments.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring for vulnerability analysis and remediation of key systems.
• Prepare progress reports and keep management informed; develop architecture frameworks to support enterprise operations.
