Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing applications and information technologies.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale technology platforms and governance.
• Knowledge of payments, merchant services, or high-volume transaction processing.
• Cloud-native design patterns and container-based platforms.
• API, microservices, and event-driven architecture design experience.
• Security architecture, authentication, encryption, and risk management.
• System integration with third-party vendors and enterprise services.
• HA, disaster recovery, observability, and reliability practices.
• Strong technical leadership and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and governance of enterprise payment, gateway, and digital transaction platforms.
• Develop scalable architectures to support cloud modernization and API-first strategies.
• Define architecture standards, roadmaps, reference architectures, and best practices.
• Partner with business, product, security, and engineering teams to translate requirements.
• Provide technical leadership for complex integrations across internal platforms and vendors.
• Drive resiliency, high availability, performance optimization, and operational excellence.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend scalable, secure solutions.
• Mentor engineers and architects, guiding strategic technology decisions.
