Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience.
• 12+ years in architecture across multi-domain portfolios.
• Expertise in enterprise architecture practices, roadmap development, and cost/value modeling.
• Exceptional communication, executive influence, and decision framing skills.
• Strong understanding of GenAI & Agentic patterns, including RAG, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and model serving approaches.

Responsibilities

• Aligns enterprise technology strategy and multi-year roadmaps to business objectives across omnichannel growth.
• Defines enterprise blueprints synthesizing business, customer journeys, data, and security viewpoints.
• Establishes architecture principles, reference architectures, standards, and governance guidelines.
• Chairs enterprise design authority to guide scope, quality, risk, and total cost of ownership decisions.
• Measures value of architecture services and reports adoption, outcomes and debt trends.
• Advises executives on industry trends and emerging technologies; shapes build/buy/retire decisions.
• Mentors principals/solution/domain architects to raise maturity and tooling.
• Drives alignment across transformation initiatives and across portfolios and programs.
• Partners with product, engineering, and platforms to embed architecture into delivery.
