Job summary

Aureon is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to lead the enterprise architecture program. You will define current, transition, and future states, set governance, and guide integration, data, and platform modernization across the organization.

You will collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure security, privacy, and regulatory alignment while delivering scalable, observable architectures across CRM, ERP, analytics, and operational systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering or related field.
• Eight or more years of progressive technology experience with architecture design.
• Experience designing integrations across complex enterprise environments.
• Experience with SaaS, cloud, API, middleware, and data integration architectures.
• Experience leading cross-functional architecture decisions without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise application architecture roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Define current-state, transition-state, and future-state architectures.
• Establish architecture principles, standards, patterns, and governance processes.
• Create enterprise capability maps, system context diagrams, and platform interaction models.
• Evaluate platforms and opportunities for modernization and consolidation.
• Lead architecture reviews and provide recommendations on design and debt.
• Ensure portfolio supports business objectives while minimizing complexity and risk.
• Design integration architecture across applications, platforms, and third-party solutions.
• Define real-time, event-driven, and batch integration approaches.
• Create integration reference architectures and interface inventories.
• Partner with teams to translate architecture into working solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, privacy, auditability, and traceability across platforms.
