Job summary

SAIC is seeking an Enterprise Architect to support the JCSE Modernization Division at MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL. The role requires design of physical and logical architectures, security-focused assessments, and coordination with government leads to implement mission-critical solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess DoD clearance, extensive cloud and Windows/Linux experience, and strong communication skills to lead cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement across programs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; MA/MS preferred.
• DoD Secret clearance or higher.
• Multiple IT certifications or equivalent expertise.
• Experience with Windows Server, cloud environments, and Linux.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technology assessments and market surveys for JCSE modernization.
• Perform AoA analyses evaluating security posture and SWaP.
• Develop Design COAs and present to Government for review.
• Create Physical and Logical Architecture diagrams with interfaces.
• Maintain design docs in Gov-approved repository and CM system.
• Coordinate with JCSE leaders to align designs with requirements.
• Modernize architecture and applications to support mission needs.
• Translate needs into actionable requirements for teams.
