Job summary

Insight Global, on behalf of an Entertainment client in Beverly Hills, seeks a Principal Enterprise Architect to set enterprise architecture standards, governance, and long-range technology strategy. This senior IC will define what good looks like, build multi-year roadmaps, and mentor engineers to mature the organization's architecture practice.

The role requires 12+ years in architecture, deep cloud (Azure), infrastructure, networking, and identity expertise, plus strong executive

Qualifications

12+ years in architecture and engineering leadership with enterprise scope.
Deep cloud, infrastructure, networking and identity experience (Entra ID).
Experience creating standards, governance and multi-year roadmaps.

Responsibilities

Define and own enterprise architecture standards, policies and reference architectures.
Establish governance processes and architecture review practices across the org.
Create multi-year roadmaps and modernization strategies.
Drive cloud, platform, identity, integration and infrastructure architecture standards.
Develop and evolve EA frameworks based on business needs.
Lead modernization and API/integration governance initiatives.
Mentor engineers and architects; influence technical direction.
Present decisions and recommendations to leadership and executives.
Help define and govern enterprise AI architecture standards.
