Job summary

Celonis makes processes work — for people, companies, and the planet. Celonis seeks an Architect to design transformative solution architectures for prospects and customers, translating C-level goals into actionable technical plans and driving strategic modernization using Agentic AI.

You will collaborate with Sales, Value Engineering, Product Management, Data Ops, and Information Security to unlock blockers and drive revenue growth with scalable, secure architectures.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in software architecture or enterprise architecture at top firms or enterprise customers.
• Ability to connect technical solutions to business value and customer objectives.
• Strong background in data architecture, integrations patterns, and development in data languages (SQL, Python).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation abilities.
• Experience engaging with C-level executives and guiding technical strategy.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures, SaaS ecosystems, and security considerations.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• MSc degree in Computer Science or related IT field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and define overall architecture, data and cloud strategy for large client accounts.
• Engage with customers at C-level to align objectives with Celonis strategy.
• Architect innovative solutions leveraging Agentic AI and emerging tech.
• Bridge product and engineering with client teams to deliver services.
• Assess customer IT landscape maturity for the region.
• Participate in pre- and post-sales engagements with architecture and security teams.
• Coach Celonis consulting teams and partners on implementation topics.
• Develop reusable assets and customer-facing position papers and presentations.
• Create technical designs and presentations for internal and client stakeholders.
