Job summary

NYC IT Inc. seeks a Lead Enterprise Architect to provide strategic leadership for a Government Client. You will oversee EA teams, establish governance, and drive modernization with AI-assisted delivery. Must have 15+ years in EA leadership and 10+ years with DoDAF/UAF/TOGAF/BEA/ETP.

Foundational systems engineering, cloud experience (AWS/Google Cloud), and zero-trust implementations are required. Strong mentoring and executive collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Enterprise Architecture leadership and programs.
• 10+ years with DoDAF, UAF, TOGAF, BEA, ETP.
• 15+ years Systems Engineering and modernization experience.
• 7+ years Cloud Architecture with AWS and Google Cloud; migration, modernization, security.
• 5+ years implementing Zero Trust (NIST ZT).
• 10+ years designing Microservices and SOA solutions.
• 10+ years advisory work with CIOs/CTOs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Architecture teams across multiple domains and products.
• Establish governance, standards, and engagement models for EA.
• Drive modernization initiatives and AI-driven architecture practices.
• Mentor architects and promote architectural excellence across teams.
• Engage with senior executives to align EA with strategic goals.
