Job summary

Aurora is seeking a Sr. Staff Enterprise Architect to define and drive the enterprise IT strategy across ERP, CRM, data platforms, and AI-enabled systems.

You will chair the Enterprise Architecture Review Board and guide Build vs Buy decisions, partnering with engineering, security, and business teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions in a hybrid work environment. Qualifications

• 15+ years in infrastructure, systems engineering, and software development with at least 6+ years in an enterprise architecture role and leadership.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-wide transformation and architecture strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and execute enterprise-wide IT target-state architecture and roadmaps across ERP, CRM, HCM, Data Platforms, Middleware, and infrastructure.
• Standardize integration patterns, API management, data flows, and security architectures for enterprise interoperability.
• Provide architectural oversight for major programs like ERP implementation and future systems engineering initiatives.
• Lead architectural enablement for AI across enterprise workflows and IT systems, with governance and data privacy considerations.
• Establish and govern Build vs Buy framework with TCO analyses and vendor viability assessments.
• Chair or co-chair the Enterprise Architecture Review Board and set standards and gates across Enterprise IT.
