Job summary

Luzid seeks an Enterprise Architect to codify judgment from large enterprise landscapes into a product, owning reference architectures across SAP S/4HANA, Workday, Salesforce, and related systems. You will translate insights into product capability, data models, and integration patterns, guiding both customer-facing work and internal product definition.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or enterprise application delivery.
• Deep SAP S/4HANA expertise across implementations, migrations, or conversions, with broad integration surfaces.
• Breadth across the enterprise stack with hands-on exposure to Workday, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, and MES/PLC layers.
• Demonstrated ownership of multi-application landscape architecture; ability to define seams, not just systems.
• Applied AI fluency with LLM inference in production or near-production settings, including prompt/context engineering, RAG, and cost/latency considerations.
• Knowledge of MCP or equivalent agent-tool integration frameworks and safe-touch patterns with systems of record.
• Experience in a product organization: writing specs, owning roadmaps, and shipping software to many customers.
• Background at a global SI with exposure to large-program delivery and multi-vendor governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise reference architecture spanning ERP, HCM, CRM, supply chain, and shop-floor systems.
• Design solution architecture for 5–20+ integrated applications including SAP S/4HANA migrations and post-merger consolidations.
• Define the AI layer for inference on enterprise artifacts (configuration extraction, test generation, impact analysis) including evaluation and guardrails.
• Architect and govern MCP integrations and tool interfaces to read from and act on SAP, Salesforce, Workday, ServiceNow, WMS, and MES with secure access and auditable trails.
• Bridge product and engineering by turning architectural insights into roadmaps, specs, and acceptance criteria; stress-test against client landscapes.
• Serve as technical authority in customer/partner discussions, leading architecture workshops and executive conversations with CIOs and SI partners.
• Set standards and governance for integration patterns, non-functional requirements, security, and data-residency posture; maintain architecture decision records.
• Mentor solution consultants, engineers, and delivery teams to raise architectural bar across the company.
