Role Description:

The Senior Enterprise Architect will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing the organization’s change, configuration, and release management practices. This role is essential in identifying process gaps, improving ServiceNow implementations, and ensuring adherence to ITIL standards. The successful candidate will develop and execute a roadmap for modernization and transformation in alignment with corporate and IT strategies.

You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities):

• Analyze current change, configuration, and release management processes.
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate and enhance current ServiceNow usage to streamline workflows.
• Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for process improvements.
• Ensure process alignment with ITIL best practices and corporate objectives.
• Establish governance for the change process with a focus on risk management and minimal disruption.
• Collaborate across technical and business teams to integrate configuration management with change processes.
• Introduce controls for change tracking, documentation, testing, and approval workflows.

Required Qualifications

• • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience leading change, configuration, and release management in an IT environment.
  • Deep expertise in ITIL best practices (Certification preferred).
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow analysis and improvement.
  • Strong background in change management policy and governance.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead modernization and transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
