Job summary

Columbus Water Works is seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst to provide technical leadership across enterprise applications, data integration, and workflow automation. You will build and optimize SQL Server databases, develop REST API integrations, and create Power BI dashboards while mentoring team members and partnering with stakeholders.

You will work on Microsoft 365 solutions, reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration to improve processes and user adoption.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent in a related field.
5+ years in enterprise application development and integrations.
Experience leading projects and mentoring team members.
Proficiency with SQL Server and T-SQL; strong data skills.
Hands-on with REST APIs, GitHub, Power BI, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance of enterprise apps and integrations.
Design and optimize SQL Server databases and data processing solutions.
Develop REST API integrations and data exchanges between on-prem and SaaS apps.
Create Power BI dashboards and operational reports; validate definitions with stakeholders.
Build Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Automate solutions to improve workflows.
Review code and documentation; enforce secure coding practices with IS leadership.
