Schrödinger, Inc. is seeking a Senior Enterprise Applications Engineer to lead NetSuite-focused projects, design scalable business solutions, and ensure data integrity across systems. You will mentor peers and drive strategic IT initiatives.

The role requires strong communication, hands-on NetSuite customization, and collaboration with business teams to optimize processes while maintaining system health and reliability.

• Communicate plans, risks, and decisions; train users

We’re seeking a Senior Enterprise Applications Engineer to join us in our mission to transform the discovery of therapeutics and materials!

As a leader on the IT and Operations team, you’ll serve as a subject‑matter expert and technical authority for NetSuite and related business applications. Partnering closely with teams across the company to understand business needs, design scalable solutions, improve data integrity, and deliver reliable systems and integrations, you’ll lead complex projects, troubleshoot critical production issues, influence technical direction, and mentor other team members.

What you’ll do:

• Lead complex business application projects, from requirements and design through implementation and support.
• Own NetSuite configuration, customization, integrations, and ongoing system health, including work with Coupa and other applications.

What you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Significant experience administering, customizing, and supporting NetSuite, including SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.x.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP and AWS, plus Git and related development tools.
• A track record of leading application projects and resolving complex production issues.
• Experience with Coupa or similar business applications; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and business teams.

Estimated base salary range: $80,000 - $130,000. Actual compensation package is dependent on a number of factors, including, for example, experience, education, degrees held, market data, and business needs.
