Job summary

Beta Bionics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Enterprise Applications Developer to design and deliver enterprise applications, integrations, data solutions, and automation that support Beta Bionics operations.

The role involves hands‑on coding, technical leadership, and collaboration with IT and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate has strong Python skills, broad enterprise IT experience, and practical knowledge of APIs, cloud services, data engineering, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 7+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise software, integrations, data solutions, or automation.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and knowledge of at least one additional modern language or framework.
• Experience leading solution design from requirements through deployment and production support.
• Strong experience designing REST APIs and secure interfaces among cloud and enterprise systems.
• Experience with cloud-native development and managed services (AWS/Azure).
• Experience building data integrations or ETL/ELT pipelines and strong SQL skills.
• Hands-on experience delivering workflow automation and AI-enabled applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications and services using Python and other modern languages.
• Build secure, scalable APIs, microservices, serverless apps, and event-driven solutions across departments.
• Apply software engineering practices including CI/CD, testing, observability, and documentation.
• Lead technical initiatives, review designs and code, mentor developers, and set development standards.
• Partner with architects and business leaders to translate requirements into scalable architectures.
• Support production systems and perform root-cause analysis for complex issues.
