Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an Enterprise AI Security Architect to lead security architecture across AI initiatives in a remote-capable setup. You will shape enterprise security strategies, translate risks for executives, and guide secure cloud-native AI deployments.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in cybersecurity/architecture, strong communication, and experience securing hybrid AI infra with GPU compute. This role offers remote flexibility within the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in cybersecurity/architecture/engineering or related field with enterprise security architecture leadership.
• Ability to translate technical security risks into clear recommendations for senior leaders.
• Experience designing AI security architecture for cloud-native or AI infra/machine learning environments.
• Experience securing on-premises or hybrid AI infrastructure including GPU compute, data pipelines, and security controls.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture and design for AI and emerging tech across cloud, data, identities, and integrations.
• Partner with EA, Security, Infrastructure, engineering and business leaders to embed security into strategies and solutions.
• Review designs, identify risks, and provide practical, balanced recommendations addressing risk and regulation.
• Define security architecture for cloud-native, AI, data, and integration environments.
• Develop reusable security patterns and guardrails for scalable delivery.
• Advise leaders on security decisions and translate risks into business terms.
• Evaluate emerging tech and responsible AI adoption approaches.
• Influence governance, exception management and technology investments.
• Mentor architects and strengthen enterprise security practices.
