Enterprise Technology Solutions | Services, Hardware & Software | Future Sales Leadership Opportunity

Company: Cyberlocke
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: To Be Determined
Travel: Up to 30%, based on customer and business development requirements

About Cyberlocke

Cyberlocke is an enterprise technology consulting and managed services company helping organizations modernize, secure, and operate their technology environments.

We deliver technology solutions that address complex business and operational challenges through a combination of professional services, managed services, enterprise hardware, software, and strategic technology partnerships.

Our capabilities span enterprise networking, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services, managed IT operations, data modernization, analytics, and related technology solutions.

We believe effective technology partnerships extend beyond individual products or projects. Our approach is built around understanding our customers' objectives, delivering the right combination of technology and expertise, and establishing long-term relationships.

As Cyberlocke continues to expand, we are seeking experienced sales professionals who want to contribute directly to that growth and help shape the company's future.

The Opportunity

Cyberlocke is seeking an accomplished, highly motivated Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business development, expand strategic accounts, and grow revenue across our portfolio of technology services, enterprise hardware, and software solutions.

This position requires a versatile technology sales professional who understands both consultative services selling and the enterprise technology product sales cycle.

The successful candidate will identify and develop opportunities involving professional services, recurring managed services, infrastructure modernization, hardware procurement, software licensing, and integrated technology solutions. They will understand how to position these offerings individually or together to address a customer's business and technical requirements.

We are particularly interested in individuals who have established meaningful relationships within the enterprise technology community and can leverage their industry experience, professional network, and customer relationships to develop new opportunities.

This position also represents a potential pathway into sales leadership. As Cyberlocke grows, the right individual may have the opportunity to help build, develop, and eventually lead an expanding sales organization.

We are looking for someone who brings the mindset of an experienced revenue producer today, with the ambition and potential to become a sales leader tomorrow.

Enterprise Sales & New Business Development

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to generate new business across Cyberlocke's services, hardware, and software portfolios.

Identify, qualify, pursue, and close opportunities with mid-market, enterprise, and Fortune 1000 customers.

Proactively develop new customer relationships through targeted prospecting, professional networks, referrals, industry contacts, and strategic technology partnerships.

Manage the complete sales cycle, including discovery, solution development, pricing coordination, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing.

Identify opportunities to sell professional services, managed services, hardware, and software as standalone offerings or components of integrated customer solutions.

Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline that supports consistent revenue and gross profit growth.

Develop executive-level relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, IT Directors, infrastructure leaders, and procurement stakeholders.

Technology Services Sales

Develop and close opportunities involving Cyberlocke's core service offerings, including:

Managed IT Services and Infrastructure Operations

Managed Network Services and Monitoring

IT Infrastructure and Network Modernization

Cybersecurity and Security Operations

Cloud Infrastructure and Platform Services

Data Center and Hybrid Infrastructure Solutions

Data Modernization and Analytics

AI Readiness and Related Technology Consulting

Professional Services and Technical Staff Augmentation

Identify opportunities for recurring services, ongoing support engagements, project-based consulting, and long-term customer relationships.

Enterprise Hardware & Software Sales

Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for enterprise hardware, software, subscriptions, and licensing solutions that align with Cyberlocke's technology portfolio and service capabilities.

Sell appropriate enterprise infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage, networking equipment, security appliances, and related technologies.

Develop opportunities involving enterprise software, cloud subscriptions, cybersecurity platforms, infrastructure management tools, and related licensing solutions.

Work with approved technology manufacturers, OEMs, distributors, and channel partners to obtain pricing, develop configurations, and support competitive customer proposals.

Collaborate with Cyberlocke engineers and solution architects to validate technical requirements and ensure proposed solutions align with customer environments.

Identify opportunities for hardware refreshes, technology lifecycle upgrades, software renewals, subscription expansions, and infrastructure modernization.

Develop opportunities to attach Cyberlocke's professional or managed services to appropriate hardware and software transactions.

Maintain awareness of vendor programs, product developments, licensing models, and market opportunities relevant to Cyberlocke's supported solutions.

Balance revenue generation with profitability, customer requirements, and long-term account development.

The successful candidate will be expected to actively pursue and close both technology services engagements and applicable hardware and software transactions—not solely one category of business.

Strategic Account Management

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective enterprise customers.

Create strategic account plans that identify near-term opportunities and long-term growth potential.

Expand existing accounts through cross-selling and identifying complementary technology requirements.

Recognize opportunities to support customers throughout the technology lifecycle, from planning and procurement through implementation, operations, and modernization.

Coordinate with Cyberlocke's engineering, delivery, and management teams to ensure proposed solutions meet customer expectations.

Maintain regular executive engagement and proactively identify future business opportunities.

Strategic Partner & OEM Relationships

Develop and maintain productive relationships with technology manufacturers, distributors, OEM representatives, and strategic channel partners.

Identify opportunities for partner-led selling, joint account development, and coordinated customer pursuits.

Work with vendor representatives and technical specialists to position competitive solutions.

Leverage manufacturer and distribution relationships to expand opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.

Support the development of productive vendor relationships aligned with Cyberlocke's business strategy.

Maintain accurate opportunity, account, and sales activity records within Cyberlocke's CRM platform.

Develop reliable monthly forecasts and participate in regular pipeline and performance reviews.

Manage sales opportunities with appropriate attention to revenue, gross profit, sales cycle progression, and customer requirements.

Collaborate with company leadership on territory planning, account development, and market opportunities.

Demonstrate accountability for sales performance, customer relationships, and business development activities.

Contribute to the development and refinement of Cyberlocke's sales processes, methodologies, and account development strategies.

Demonstrate the ability to mentor and support other sales professionals.

Participate in strategic discussions regarding market expansion, revenue growth, sales structure, and go-to-market execution.

Help develop scalable approaches to pipeline management, forecasting, account planning, and sales performance.

Demonstrate the business judgment, professionalism, and leadership capabilities necessary to assume broader responsibilities as the organization expands.
