Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completed Otolaryngology Residency.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology.
• Active Illinois medical license or immediate eligibility.
• Valid DEA registration.
• Strong clinical judgment and surgical skill.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality ENT clinical and surgical care across a broad scope.
• Perform cases in Mattoon ORs and outpatient center; support expansion to Effingham.
• Design and establish flexible practice schedules (7-on/7-off, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal primary care and pediatric referral network to manage backlog.
• Maintain detailed electronic medical records and follow-up care.
