Job summary

LB&B Associates Inc. is seeking Engineman Contract Instructors. Instructors will deliver established curricula at training sites and assess student progress. Candidates must have Navy/NITC or NFPA 1041 equivalents and three years of hands-on technical experience.

Two years of Military Training Environment experience and current relevant instructor certifications are required. The role is contingent upon contract award and offers base pay and health/welfare benefits.

Qualifications

• Instructor Certification: must possess one of the listed certs.
• Technical Experience: at least three years hands-on experience in the subject matter.
• Military Training Experience: minimum two years in a Military Training Environment.
• Functional Area Certification: relevant instructor certifications for the area of instruction.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Engineman CI instruction at training sites.
• Assess and remediate course content and student performance.
• Manage curriculum and use training aids and equipment effectively.
