Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Arlington, VA (DC Area) is seeking Senior Engineers (Agentic Engineer and Forward Deployed Engineer) for a hybrid in-office role. This full-time position offers a base salary of 145k–165k plus equity.

We develop AI governance software to help organizations build a high quality AI inventory and manage risk, regulatory compliance, and audits. Candidates with AI engineering or hyperscaler MLOps experience are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in AI engineering or integrating with hyperscaler MLOps platforms.
• Interest in building trustworthy and governed AI systems.
• Familiarity with AI governance concepts, risk assessment, and compliance workflows.

We're an AI Governance software company helping organizations navigate emerging AI regulation and risk. Our platform helps organizations build a high quality AI inventory, and automates various risk assessments, reviews, and compliance workflows needed for the EU AI Act, ISO 42001, or the NIST AI RMF. We're building a lot of agentic features and are looking for engineers familiar with AI engineering, or experience integrating with hyperscaler MLOps platforms.
