Qualifications

• 8+ years of recent structural engineering experience, preferably including supervision of others.
• Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures.
• Prior training or instructional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead technical training programs for engineering staff.
• Train staff in using engineering software and internal systems.
• Assess junior staff competency levels and identify skill gaps.
