Responsibilities include system bring-up, troubleshooting, maintenance, documentation, and training other technicians.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience building, testing, troubleshooting electromechanical systems.
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and system-level troubleshooting skills.
• Able to read schematics, wiring diagrams, CAD, BOMs, and technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Build, integrate, bring up, and maintain robotic systems, subsystems, and test equipment.
• Independently troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and system-level failures.
• Own hardware, including configuration, upgrades, maintenance, uptime, and readiness.
• Execute system and subsystem testing and document failures.
• Collaborate with engineering to reproduce failures, validate fixes, and drive closure.
• Improve procedures, tooling, fixtures, and workflows to increase reliability and safety.
• Maintain documentation of hardware configuration, test results, repairs, and known issues.
• Train and support technicians on hardware, procedures, and troubleshooting.
