ZAP Engineering & Construction Services, Inc. in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee engineering and construction projects from proposal through execution.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage client relations, budgeting, scheduling, and risk, while delivering quality results across North America. The role requires 7+ years in technical project management, an engineering degree, PMP or PE preferred, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Preferably an Engineering degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Structural or Electrical Engineering.
• Project Management Professional, required or Professional Engineering License, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proposal process management and scoping projects for proposals.
• Manage client expectations on deliverables, schedule, and budget.
• Lead internal team coordination, resource planning, and cost estimate management.
• Oversee vendor, contractor, and external stakeholder communications.
• Facilitate coordination meetings and maintain project documentation.
