ZAP Engineering, based in Bethlehem, PA, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee engineering and construction projects from conception through closeout. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, schedules, and client communications, and lead project execution in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, advanced communication, and extensive experience in technical project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant technical project management experience.
• PMI-PMP required; PE license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the proposal process for engineering and small construction projects.
• Lead client communications, manage expectations, and ensure scope aligns with budgets and schedules.
• Oversee internal resources, cost estimates, and quality assurance for deliverables.
• Coordinate internal meetings and planning, and manage procurements and vendor interfaces.
• Maintain external stakeholder communications and monthly/weekly project reporting.
