Job summary

LSB Industries, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to lead engineering support for the Cherokee plant.

You will plan and manage complex projects from initiation to final customer acceptance, coordinating design reviews, technical approvals, and resource forecasting to ensure on-time performance and cost control. Ideal candidates hold a BS in Engineering with 8+ years of engineering experience in offshore oil, shipbuilding, or mooring systems, plus 3+ years in leadership roles and strong CAD tool

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years engineering experience, preferably in offshore oil, shipbuilding, or mooring systems.
• 3+ years of project lead or supervisory experience with cost control responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and clarify project objectives and goals.
• Manage engineering deliverables and project plans with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate design reviews, client approvals, and technical inquiries.
• Forecast engineering resources and ensure adequate staffing to meet objectives.
• Ensure conformance with technical and HSE requirements throughout projects.
