Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or closely related field preferred.
• Seven or more years of experience in engineering, operations and/or project management.
• Experience with project management productivity tools and software (e.g., PROCORE, MS Office).
• Ability to manage scope, schedule, cost and risk across complex engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Directs and performs advanced planning, monitoring and managing engineering projects from initiation through completion.
• Lead project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and people management.
• Develop a risk analysis model for typical projects and assess risks and opportunities.
• Lead internal and external resources and communicate with vendors, contractors and customers.
• Develop and implement a stakeholder management plan and monitor progress.
• Create detailed project scope of work and execute using change management and monthly progress reports.
