Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 7+ years of program management experience preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing production and quality control.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in conversational Mandarin is highly desired.
• 20% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless NPI activities.
• Negotiate costs for various project elements to secure POs.
• Host key project meetings and lead discussions.
• Initiate and prioritize action items from meetings.
• Monitor design discussions and project milestones.
• Manage RFQ processes for NRE and sample builds.
• Communicate program status to stakeholders.
