Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and extensive leadership experience.
- 5+ years leading complex, high-impact, and highly technical programs.
- 5+ years as a Technical Product/Program Manager handling strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex, high-impact technical programs to on-time, high-quality, within-budget launches.
- Mitigate technical and platform-level risks with robust escalation paths.
- Design capacity models and allocate resources to protect teams from distractions.
- Champion agile governance and ensure Jira data integrity across projects.
- Translate product strategy into detailed technical requirements for engineers.
