Medtronic is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager to lead the Quality strategy for a high-priority PDP, coordinating across R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, and Operations.
You will drive key Quality deliverables, monitor metrics, and manage risks to ensure patient safety and regulatory alignment, while influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Senior Engineering Program Manager leading the Quality team will:
Product development and program delivery: Demonstrated ability to lead Quality planning and execution within large, complex PDP programs, translating technical milestones into clear priorities, integrated workstreams, risk‑based decisions, and measurable outcomes.
Capital equipment and systems expertise: Strong understanding of complex system‑level product development, including the integration of software, hardware, mechanical design, and clinical or user needs in a regulated medical device environment.
Cross‑functional leadership: Ability to lead through influence across engineering, quality, regulatory, clinical, manufacturing, and supply chain partners, building alignment and driving decisions in a matrixed, global environment.
Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or math and a minimum of 7 years of technical work experience; or an advanced degree in science, technology, engineering, or math with 5 years of technical experience.
Demonstrated success leading complex, cross‑functional product development initiatives from strategy through execution, with the ability to drive alignment, manage risks, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Experience influencing and collaborating across geographically distributed teams, with the ability to build strong partnerships across functions, sites, and leadership levels.
Experience working in highly regulated environments and supporting new product development in alignment with global quality system and regulatory expectations.
Proven ability to lead resolution of high‑risk Quality issues by bringing together technical experts, assessing patient and business impact, driving disciplined root cause analysis, and executing effective risk‑based mitigation plans.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD): $171,200.00 - $256,800.00
This position is eligible for a short‑term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
