Job summary

EFI Global is seeking a senior leader to establish and execute the strategic direction of the Engineering Practice across regions, with full accountability for financial performance and growth. You will mentor VP's and Principals, oversee major programs, and drive policy, governance and client engagement.

You will represent EFI in client discussions, coordinate cross-region collaboration, and lead service line governance while ensuring technical excellence and delivery of high-value client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; professional licensure (PE) may be required/preferred.
• Advanced degree preferred; strong leadership and governance experience essential.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, budgeting and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of executives and major projects across regions.
• Develop policies, procedures, and technical protocols.
• Drive client engagement and market expansion strategies.
• Represent EFI in external forums and strategic partnerships.
