Job summary

EFI Global is seeking a Senior Leader to establish and execute the strategic direction of the Engineering Practice across regions, with full accountability for revenue, profitability and delivery of high-value client solutions.

The role requires 20 years of related experience (10+ in management), a PE license, and a strong track record in policy development, cross-border collaboration, and senior-client interaction. Travel 30–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; Advanced degree preferred.
• Must be certified/registered as a professional engineer in designated field.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of VP’s and Managing Principals; mentor leadership.
• Oversee major projects, programs and practice metrics; ensure technical excellence.
• Develop policies, procedures and technical protocols; support quality programs.
• Lead client-facing engagement and represent EFI in external forums and partnerships.
• Travel as required; coordinate cross-region collaboration and governance.
