Job summary

Owner.com is hiring an Engineering Manager for OLO to lead a full-stack team delivering the guest web ordering experience, from menu to checkout and promotions. You will shape the roadmap, mentor engineers, and drive high-impact experiments that grow revenue.

You’ll work with product, design, and QA to maintain quality, performance, and reliability as we scale to enterprise and multi-location brands. This is a 100% remote role in the United States or Canada with a strong emphasis on ownership

Qualifications

• 3+ years of engineering management experience.
• Leads teams of 6–10 engineers on customer-facing product.
• Proven track record in growth or conversion programs (A/B testing, metrics).
• Excellent cross-functional partnership with PM, design, and adjacent teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a full-stack engineering team building the guest web ordering experience (menu, cart, checkout, promotions).
• Set strategy, priorities, and ship experiments that move revenue and improve guest conversion.
• Ensure reliability during migrations and scale for enterprise/multi-location brands.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations to deliver high-quality experiences.
