SP Associates, a leading advanced manufacturing company, seeks an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead Engineering, Reliability, and Maintenance in a high-volume 24/7 facility in New Hampshire. You will report to the Vice President of Operations and drive reliability, efficiency, and capital project execution across operations and facilities.

The role demands a proven track record in engineering and maintenance leadership within fast-paced industrial settings, improving equipment

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
10+ years in engineering/manufacturing in 24/7 environments.
Experience leading engineering, maintenance, or reliability teams.
Strong project management and capital project execution.
Experience with CMMS systems and industrial utilities.

Responsibilities

Lead Engineering, Reliability, and Maintenance in a 24/7 operation.
Develop and mentor engineering and maintenance teams.
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, EH&S, and Supply Chain to meet safety, quality, productivity and cost targets.
Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen, 5S, and Gemba walks.
Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance and KPIs.
Lead capital investments and facility upgrades.
Ensure smooth project handover to production.
Manage vendor relations and budgets.
Adhere to OSHA, EPA, NFPA, NEC and other regs.
Support safety training and development.
