Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years in the pulp and paper industry.
• Experience leading technical and professional employees.
• Experience managing capital projects and cross-functional project teams.
• Knowledge of sustainability and environmental compliance requirements.
• Working knowledge of pulp, paper, utilities, and power generation processes.

Responsibilities

• Champion a culture of safety and environmental compliance.
• Oversee the mill capital portfolio and project execution from scope to closeout.
• Coordinate internal engineering resources with external support as needed.
• Provide leadership to project engineers, managers, and external resources.
• Ensure projects deliver safety, reliability, quality, and financial results.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and sustainability initiatives.
