Job summary

Fluor Corporation is seeking an engineering execution leader to guide medium to mega-scale projects from design through completion at our U.S. sites. The role ensures performance of the engineering team and alignment with project baselines across budgets, schedules, and quality.

You will lead interfaces among disciplines and steer the project execution strategy to deliver value. Qualified candidates bring a four-year engineering degree with extensive experience and strong leadership,

Qualifications

Requires engineering degree and extensive work experience (16+ yrs with 4-year degree; 18+ yrs with 2-year degree).
Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders and technical leadership.
Ability to translate strategy into actionable steps and drive execution.
Experience as Project Engineering Lead on FEED and Detail Design projects.

Responsibilities

Overall engineering execution leadership on medium projects or a large segment of mega projects.
Lead development and enforcement of engineering budget, schedule, and quality.
Coordinate design interfaces across disciplines and support execution strategy.
Set culture with Project Manager and Project Director.
Lead development of engineering scope, facilities, and baseline documents.
Develop and oversee Project Execution Strategy for engineering functions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
