Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Sr Manager of Product Software Engineering to lead several developer teams across Disney’s media supply chain initiatives. You will mentor managers and engineers, drive architectural decisions, and supervise delivery across multiple projects globally.

Strong leadership and cloud experience are essential. Based in part in Bristol, CT or Glendale, CA, this role reports into Disney Entertainment and ESPN Product & Technology.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience building complex platform applications at scale.
Experience delivering platform services in cloud environments using open-source technologies.
Strong communication and writing skills; agile methodologies.
Experience leading teams of software engineers and guiding architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple teams of software engineers across projects to build Disney’s media supply chain.
Mentor managers and senior engineers; drive project delivery and team health.
Participate in code reviews and architectural decision-making.
Manage operations, timelines, and resourcing for your teams.
